"When the Lord first spoke through Hosea, the Lord said to Hosea, "Go, take to yourself a wife of harlotry, and have  children of harlotry; for the land commits flagrant harlotry, forsaking the Lord." Hosea 1:2

When I read this verse again just a moment ago, I was able to relate to it even more than before.

I think a lot of times God asks us His children to obey what is impossible to us so that He can make all things possible. It's pretty hard to see my parents and the whole family being weak and fragile in times of hardships and turmoils. But I know that I stand as a 'mother of blessings' through which all the families of the nations can be blessed. I dare to have faith, even in my small body and might, that I am the Lord's chosen vessel, strengthened and annointed by His grace and holiness. I dare to declare that I am the child of the most high God.

It is Jesus, who never gave up on humanity

for His faith in the love of God and His ever-lasting faithfulness, who carries me on.

Praise God for using the strongest, proudest in the Lord to be glorified.
